In order to vigorously promote the spirit of model workers and craftsmen, and to give full play to the leading role of model workers, on September 10th, the labor union of Zhejiang Dongzheng Electric Machinery Co., Ltd. established the Shimin Model Worker Innovation Studio.

The studio will be driven by "skill inheritance and management innovation", targeting technological innovation and key links in the motor industry, fully leveraging the role of model worker innovation studios and mentorship mechanisms, and focusing on talent cultivation to carry out employee innovation activities such as technical exchanges, skill training, and achievement transformation, injecting new impetus into the innovative development of the enterprise.  

The establishment of the Min Model Worker Innovation Studio not only promotes and inherits the spirit of model workers, but also provides a broader and more favorable development space and growth platform for the majority of employees. It also provides strong support for the work of the Dongzheng Electric Machinery Union and the high-quality development of the enterprise economy.
