Planetary gearbox achieves mechatronics integration:

In micro machines, not only is there a need for a micro transmission device that can transmit power - a micro planetary gear reducer, but also a micro planetary gear reducer that can have its own power drive device. In other words, micro machines require a compact gear transmission device composed of micro motors and micro planetary gear reducers, enabling them to have both driving and deceleration functions. The output shaft of the planetary gear reducer (integrated with the internal gear e) is the output shaft of the combination, thus forming an internal gear transmission device that integrates the electric motor and the planetary gear reducer. It can also be said that the electric motor and planetary gear reducer are combined to form a low-speed electric motor, and its output shaft can be directly connected to the working machine. The current problem is that in order to make this micro planetary gear reducer with an electric motor practical, it is necessary to have a practical micro electric motor that is similar in size to the external dimensions of the micro planetary gear reducer.
