Reducer Design Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design a reducer according to the client's project requirements;

2. Responsible for the strength and finite element analysis design of product structure gears;

3. Produce production materials such as part drawings, component drawings, and production standards;

4. Participate in the writing and answering of technical questions;

5. Validate the prototype data of the project, analyze and summarize engineering technical issues, and improve the design;

6. Other tasks assigned by the leader.

Job requirements:

1. Graduated from a major in mechanical automation or related fields, with a bachelor's degree or above, and a passion for the mechanical industry;

2. Proficient in operating drawing software such as CAXA, Solidworks, Kisssoft, and office software such as Microsoft Office;

3. Master the basic knowledge of commonly used mechanical structure principles, mechanical processing, material technology, and form and position tolerances;

4. Familiar with gear processing technology and gear transmission design, proficient in commonly used gear design analysis software is preferred;

5. Serious and meticulous in work, proactive and positive, with strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork spirit;

6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to analyze and solve problems;


Salary and benefits:

1. Monthly salary ranges from 5k to 10000+, with a salary range of 13-16;

2. Five insurances and one fund, including food and accommodation, paid annual leave, and seniority pay;

Motor Design Engineer

1. Develop specific product design plans based on customer project requirements;

2. Responsible for product structure, electromagnetic and motor component design, finite element analysis, material and standard component selection;

3. Produce engineering technical documents such as equipment component engineering drawings and equipment BOM lists;

4. Responsible for optimizing, changing, and following up on the mechanical structure of the product;

5. Validate the prototype data of the project, analyze and summarize engineering technical issues, and improve the design;

6. Other tasks assigned by the leader.

Job requirements:

1. Graduated from a major in mechanical automation or related fields, with a bachelor's degree or above, and a passion for the mechanical industry;

2. Proficient in operating drawing software such as CAXA, Solidworks, EaseMotor, and office software such as Microsoft Office;

3. Familiar with the structure, principle, and processing technology of brushless motors;

4. Proficient in using EaseMotor for electromagnetic field design and finite element analysis is preferred;

5. Serious and meticulous in work, proactive and positive, with strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork spirit;

6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to analyze and solve problems;
