01 Opening Ceremony

On July 20-21, 2024, theDongzheng Electric was founded in 2003 and has been awarded the title of National High tech Enterprise, the fourth batch of specialized and innovative "Little Giant" enterprises, Zhejiang Manufacturing Certification Enterprise, and CTF Customer Testing Resource Laboratory. The company mainly produces a series of products including DC reduction motors, planetary reduction motors, worm gear reduction motors, and micro reducers. The products have passed CE, RoHs, Reach and other certifications and are widely used in various service robot industries, automation fields, medical equipment, financial instruments, intelligent office equipment, solar photovoltaic generator tracking system control, rehabilitation equipment, automatic door control and other fields. Since its establishment, the company has always adhered to independent technological innovation and continuously improved its research and development capabilities; There are currently 9 valid invention patents, 41 utility model patents, and 10 design patents. The R&D team consists of 27 people, accounting for 21.09% of the total number of personnel; Among them, there are 2 senior engineers, 1 senior technician, and 8 engineers. The company is committed to becoming a world-class expert in providing solutions for transmission products. carefully prepared half month long Zhijiang Business School Enterprise Training Workshop was held as scheduled. Under the scorching sun, what is even hotter is the full enthusiasm of Dongzheng people for learning. At 9am, 27 core executives were divided into three groups and seated in an orderly manner.

I am a fan of Teacher Ni Gang. I first followed Mr. Chen to Zhijiang for classes and joined the sixth phase of learning. After listening to it several times, I found that many of the management difficulties in the past could be easily solved by many methods and ideas. Teacher Ni Gang's rich practical experience can bring us many successful references in work and life. For this learning, the management team started to warm up more than half a month ago. 03 Course Content

Teacher Ni Gang spent two days sharing his wisdom on the theme of "Solution for Enterprise Management Self Driven System". Firstly, starting from how to reduce costs and increase efficiency, and improve execution, it is proposed to transform open-ended problems into closed ended ones, in order to promote problem solving or goal achievement, and improve efficiency and execution. Afterwards, I will share about five aspects:

One is the thinking of operation and management: operation is choosing the right things to do, while management is doing things right. Dealing with operational uncertainty with managerial certainty.

The second is driven by strategic opportunities, and strategies are formulated through scientific methods such as "nine looks, three determinations". Strategic opportunities pierce the sky upwards and stimulate the potential for strategic innovation in enterprises.

The third is business process driven, where business is process, process is business, end-to-end collaboration between business and process, and a sound process operation mechanism, ultimately leading to business victory.

The fourth is driven by organizational optimization, matrix organizational construction, training of managers and supervisors, combination of virtual and real, collaborative operation, achieving goal interlocking, and self driving.

The fifth is to motivate performance driven, decode strategies layer by layer, implement performance layer by layer, guide and motivate employees to contribute to the organization's strategic goals, and achieve the common growth of the organization and individuals.

It is worth mentioning that on the first night of the practical exercise, Teacher Yang Xiaobo first talked about the underlying logic of the LTC process, and then selected three group leaders to lead the group members to learn and apply. The atmosphere on site was lively, actively discussing and co creating, and finally output the 1.0 version of the LTC process. The teachers provided feedback one by one, although there were still some imperfections, they were still worthy of praise. In the future, we hope that on this basis, our colleagues will continue to output more suitable and complete LTC business processes belonging to Dongzheng, unify language, and improve efficiency.

Through a two day and one night systematic training campaign for entering the company, the learning enthusiasm of Dongzheng's colleagues is high, and the on-site interaction is very strong. This has laid a solid foundation for the improvement of the organizational and combat capabilities of the Dongzheng Electric Motor management team!

No matter how difficult the external environment is, the first thing is to be good at yourself. Never complain, never give up, never wait.
